Pick-up Policy and Rules:

If you like to pick-up your appliances, add them in the cart and select the “Pick-up” option before the
checkout process. Please, see the following points and recommendations about our pick-up process.

• You will have the opportunity to choose your pick-up day and hour, between Monday to Friday
  12pm to 3pm. The warehouse closes at 3:00pm, and pick-ups after that hour are will not be accepted.

• If someone else will pick up your order, you must write in the notes of the order the full name of
  the person to notify the warehouse and security team.

• Please be aware that you must consider the appliances can fit in the vehicle and bring all
  necessary tools, as ropes, etc., for pick up as those are not provided by our warehouse.

• Once you arrive at our facilities to pick up your order, you must register with the security guard
  and provide the order number.

• Please, verify the appliances once they arrive at the residence, since the warranty begins from
  the moment the customer receives the items. Review our return policies.

• Only the appliances available or in stock at the moment of placing the order are eligible for pick-
  up. If you like to place an order with the pick-up option for an out-of-stock item, please send us
  an email at e-store@geappliances.com with the following information: Name, Phone, Email,
  Physical Address, Zipcode and Model/s you like to order.
