Delivery and Installation



BEFORE YOUR DELIVERY DAY

A representative from the delivery team will call you the day before your scheduled delivery date after 2PM with a 3-4 hour time-frame for your delivery.

On the day of your delivery, you will receive a 30-minute call-ahead to let you know the delivery agents are on their way.

 


ON YOUR DELIVERY DAY

Someone over the age of 18 must be available to meet the delivery team and sign for your appliance.

The delivery team cannot enter your home unaccompanied, nor can they accept a signed note instructing them to leave your purchase.

You will be responsible for payment for any services performed at time of delivery not paid for on the original order.


PREPARING FOR DELIVERY

Sidewalks and driveway must be in place and must be clear of objects prior to attempting delivery. Delivery agents have the right to refuse unsafe delivery conditions.

You will be responsible for any additional costs associated with unusual deliveries, including difficulty getting appliances to the desired location.

Our delivery agents are unable to make a return on a completed delivery ticket.


HOME REQUIREMENTS

Please make sure your delivery street address, city, state and zip code are correct. Incorrect delivery addresses may result in your order being cancelled.

Prior to delivery, your premises must be completed and able to accept delivery and installation. This includes live electrical and plumbing, flooring and cabinets. We reserve the right to refuse to return for any incomplete delivery due to site readiness.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery to residences that present unsafe delivery conditions, or adverse delivery situations.


BACKORDERED APPLIANCES

When purchasing backordered appliances, you will not be able to select a delivery date. Once all items have become available, you will be sent an e-mail notification containing a pre-selected delivery date.

DELIVERY DATE CONFIRMATION

Due to the complexity of some Monogram & Profile Series deliveries, they are not confirmed until you have been contacted by the delivery agent.

Most deliveries will take place Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday deliveries are not offered for Custom Delivery orders or Monogram products.



BASIC INSTALLATION SERVICES

Most freestanding electric appliances, excluding orders containing Monogram products, will be uncrated, set in place, leveled, tested and connected to an existing proper power source.

The new appliance will be tested to make sure it is in working order and the packing materials will be removed.

Basic installation service does not apply to built-in appliances such as wall ovens and cooktops.

PREMIUM INSTALLATION SERVICES

Complex appliance installation, if available in your area, will be offered to you when you checkout. Examples include installation of gas ranges, gas dryers, and products that require plumbing such as dishwashers.

Cost of these services vary by service type and appliance.
