Appliances may be returned for a full product credit up to 7 days after the date the product is delivered to your home. Service charges, such as delivery fees and installation fees, will not be refunded.
Returns made after the 7-day deadline, but less than 30 days after the delivery date, require a 25% restocking fee plus a pick-up fee. After 30 days, appliances cannot be returned.
All items must be in re-sellable condition to receive credit. Credit will be issued after the product(s) have been picked up and deemed re-sellable.
To return an appliance:
Call (800) 981-6668 or 787-757-2100 Ext. 7 to begin the return process. You'll be given a return authorization (RA) number. To ensure that you receive proper credit, we must issue you a return authorization (RA) number before the appliance is picked up for return.
Once you've received a return authorization number, a GE Appliances authorized delivery agent will contact you to coordinate pickup of the product. You must be present at the time of product pickup/exchange to complete the return.
Be sure to inspect your appliances carefully at the time of delivery - after seven days, they cannot be returned.
