If you purchased your appliance from a retailer, please contact that retailer.

 

LARGE APPLIANCES RETURN POLICY

If your appliance falls within the return policy window, just grab your order number and email e- store@geappliances.com with your order information, photos and videos of the appliance.

We’re available from Monday to Friday 8AM – 5PM. Please review the following details:

Return within 7 Days and Receive Full Product Refund

You may return an appliance for refund or replaced up to 7 days after the date the product is delivered to your home or pick-up in our warehouse without paying any restocking or pickup fees. Be sure to inspect your appliances for damage within the first 7 days after the delivery date or pick-up appointment. Appliances may be returned for a full product credit up to 7 days after the date the product is delivered to your home or pick-up appointment. Service charges, such as delivery fees and installation fees, will not be refunded.

Return and Replacements within 30 Days

Returns or replacements requested after 7 days, but less than 30 days after the delivery date, will incur a 25% restocking fee, plus a pick-up fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund of the returned appliance. Service charges, such as delivery fees and installation fees, will not be refunded.

All items being returned for a refund, must be in re-sellable condition. A refund will be issued after the product(s) have been picked up and deemed re-sellable.

No Returns or Replacements after 30 days

If the 30-day return period has passed, and your appliance is still under warranty, you may schedule a repair online (fees may apply).

For more information on warranty service, email geaprservice@geappliances.com , e-storeservice@geappliances.com or call 787-757-2400. Please have the order information and model number on hand to complete the service call or include this information in your email.

If the return is authorized:

  • You'll be given a return authorization (RA) number. You will need this return authorization number before the appliance can be picked up or received at our warehouse for return. If the item was pick-up by the customer, it must be returned to our warehouse by the customer or authorized person.
  • Once you've received a return authorization number, a GE Appliances authorized agent will contact you by email in the order to coordinate pickup date or received at our warehouse for return of the product. You must be present at the time of product pickup/exchange to complete the return.

Please be sure to inspect your appliances carefully at the time of delivery. Please, review the return policy above.

 

GE APPLIANCE PARTS & ACCESSORIES RETURN POLICY

To receive credit for returned parts and accessories, all items must be in sellable condition.

When returning parts purchased from GE Appliances, the shipping costs paid on the order are not refunded unless the reason for the return is determined to be our error.

  • 30 DAY RETURN POLICY

    Items may be returned within 30 days from the date they were shipped from our warehouse without a restocking fee.

  • 31–90 DAY RETURN POLICY

    Items may be returned within 31–90 days from the date they were shipped from our warehouse, but a $15 restocking fee will be charged.

  • OVER 90 DAY RETURN POLICY

    Items that were shipped more than 90 days ago cannot be returned.

Please be sure to inspect your accessories and parts carefully at the time as soon as you receive it or the same pick-up day.

SMALL APPLIANCES RETURN FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY

You may return it within 60 days of delivery and receive a refund. If you purchased the small appliance from any other retailer, you must contact that retailer.

  • You must send us the model number, serial number and, a video and photos showing the defect of the small appliance via email: 
    e-store@geappliances.com.  
  • If the return or exchange is authorized you must send us a video cutting the electric cord of the small appliance and, you may dispose the product.
  • If a replacement is authorized, the unit will be shipped via FedEx or similar services with a Warranty Document.

The shipping costs or freight charges on the order are not refunded, unless the reason for the return is determined to be our error.

OVER 60 DAY RETURN POLICY: Contact us at e-store@geappliances.com for Items that were shipped more than 60 days ago.

If it is a warranty case, please review the warranty of the appliance and follow the following process:

  • You must send us the model number, serial number and a video and photos showing the defect of the small appliance via email: 
    e-store@geappliances.com. 
  • If the warranty is authorized, you must send us a video of the electric cord of the small appliance cut. After the authorized warranty is processed, you must dispose the product.
  • Unit will be shipped via Fedex or similar service with a Warranty Document, once the return or exchange is authorized.

Please be sure to inspect your small appliances carefully at the time as soon as you receive it or the same pick-up day.

NOTE: Countertop Microwaves and Compact Refrigerators are not considered small appliances. Please refer to our large appliance return policy.
