Orders


If you can't find the model that you want, try using the search box on each page. You can enter a complete or partial model number (minimum of 3 characters). Not all models are offered online, only GE Café Series, GE Profile Series and Monogram models. You can also find disposers and some parts & accessories required for the installation of the appliances. Other products as electronics, small appliances and some other items are not available to be sold online.

This label will tell you the average energy usage you can expect from this appliance based on test procedures established by the U.S. Department of Energy. These labels are not required for all appliances. This is why you will not see an Energy Guide link for every appliance listed.

To view or print a copy of your receipt, go to the confirmation email you received and click on View your order to check your Order Status or print receipt. To print the receipt, use your browser's Print button. You can also email us at e-storesales@geappliances.com.

Companies selling on the Internet are required by law to collect sales tax from consumers in jurisdictions where they have physical presence. Since GE Appliances Puerto Rico has presence (sales people & distribution centers) in Puerto Rico.

You will be charged sales tax for the state to which your product is delivered.

Visa, MasterCard & American Express credit cards are accepted. Credit and debit cards are accepted; however, most gift cards are not accepted.

Credit cards with a billing address within the United States and Puerto Rico will be accepted. All orders must be shipped to an address in Puerto Rico.

Your credit card will be charged when you submit and confirm your order.

Delivery and Installation

Due to the size and weight of some appliances, product pick-up is not available at this time. All appliances are shipped to our authorized local delivery agents, who will deliver to your home.

Installation service, if available in your area, will be offered to you when you check out. Advanced installation requirements can be found on the spec page for your product. You can also consult the instructions included in the product packaging for specific instructions. Installation must be completed the same day of the delivery.

This additional service ("haul-away") is available at additional charge ($99 per item).

If available in your area, you'll see it as an option when you make a purchase. The delivery agent reserves the right to refuse to haul away products larger than the standard appliance (such as professional ranges), or products installed in such a way that they cannot be removed by the agent. The delivery agent will haul away only the same type of product as is being delivered.

Due to electrical code requirements in some areas, GEAPR has opted to require an approved cord be purchased with any new electric range or dryer. Existing cords may no longer be safe.
