Orders


If you can't find the model that you want, try using the search box on each page. You can enter a complete or partial model number (minimum of 4 characters).

Not all models are offered online, you can send us an email at e-store@geappliances.com with the model number you are looking for so we can assist with your request. You can also find some accessories as disposers and some parts that are required for the installation of the appliances. Other products as electronics, parts, some small appliances, and accessories are not available to be sold online. For GEA Parts, please email the service team at  e-storeservice@geappliances.com, with the model of the appliances and the number or description of the part you are looking for.

This label will tell you the average energy usage you can expect from this appliance based on test procedures established by the U.S. Department of Energy. These labels are not required for all appliances. This is why you will not see an Energy Guide link for every appliance listed.

To view or print a copy of your receipt, go to the confirmation email you received and click on View your order. To print the receipt, use your browser's Print button. You can also email us at e-store@geappliances.com with your order number and we will resend you the order confirmation, or if you need to know the status of your order.

Companies selling on the Internet are required by law to collect sales tax from consumers in jurisdictions where they have physical presence. Since GE Appliances Puerto Rico has presence (sales people & distribution centers) in Puerto Rico.

You will be charged sales tax for the state to which your product is delivered.

Visa, MasterCard & American Express credit cards are accepted. Credit and debit cards are accepted; however, most gift cards are not accepted. Please make sure you fill the correct information in the Billing Address section with your name and billing address as shown on your account statement of the credit card you will use to pay for your payment transaction.

Credit cards with a billing address within the United States and Puerto Rico will be accepted.

All orders must be shipped to an address in Puerto Rico. We do not ship to Vieques or Culebra, but we could deliver to the port or a forwarder location within Puerto Rico.

Your credit card will be charged at the moment of your purchase when you submit and confirm your order.

Please email us at e-store@geappliances.com with your order number and contact information. You can also find the information of your order on your email confirmation receipt in the event of cancellation for any reason. This will ensure that you receive the proper credit back to the original form of payment.



Delivery and Installation

All delivery charges and required accessories for installation are shown on the product page. These
charges are automatically added to your cart. For more information about parts and accessories for a
product, please verify the “SPECS & DETAILS” section or the manuals of the product.

Installation services are available for most of our products. The installation charge will be automatically added to your cart. Advanced installation requirements can be found on the spec page for your product. You can also consult the instructions included in the product packaging for specific instructions. Installation must be completed the same day of the delivery. See the Delivery & Installation section for delivery details, requirements and restrictions.

Yes, you will have the opportunity to choose the pick-up option with the day and hour, between Monday to Friday 12pm to 3pm, before the checkout process. Only the appliances available or in stock at the moment of placing the order are eligible for pick-up option. If you like to place an order with the pick-up option for an out-of-stock item, please send us an email at e-store@geappliances.com See the Pick-up Policy and Rules section for pick-up process and details.

Service not available until further notice due to COVID-19 safety restrictions. Our delivery agents will disconnect your existing appliance and move it to another room. We ask that you make sure the appliance has been emptied. You will be responsible for any additional costs associated with unusual deliveries, including difficulty getting appliances to the desired location.

Due to electrical code requirements in some areas, GEAPR has opted to require an approved cord be purchased with any new electric range or dryer. Existing cords may no longer be safe and can affect the
warranty of the product.

Once all the items of your order are available and ready to ship, we'll coordinate the delivery date with you, since the order covers a single trip. We coordinate the delivery/installation date by email.

This service is not available until further notice. The decision of the haul-away service will depend on the availability of the delivery agents at the delivery date.
